Pick your own flowers
5th August - 4th September 2022
Following on from last year’s success, we will again be sowing pretty flowers to brighten everyone’s day at our PYO cutting flower events. (This year we even include some PYO veg too!)
In addition, to celebrate Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee this year, we will be adding an array of ‘red, white and blue’ to the patch!
Flower picking at the
Country Pumpkins patch
Pick your own beautiful cutting flowers and sunflowers this summer! We are also throwing in some PYO sweetcorn too, the perfect addition to your al fresco dining!
Mixed Annuals – Comprising 19 different varieties, these proved a huge hit with visitors last year for our PYO cutting flower events, and they really do make the prettiest posies! They include: Zinnia, Marigold, African Marigold, Malope, Cornflower, Cosmos, Mallow, Annual Centaurea, China Aster, Annual Baby’s Breath etc… They’ll last 7 days in fresh water and faded blooms are constantly replaced by new opening buds!
Sunflowers - PYO Sunflowers are back too! We will be adding new varieties of pollen-free Sunflowers for cutting, alongside a vast block of traditional ‘Giants’ for some fun photo opportunities!
There is NO NEED TO BOOK. Just turn up on your day and time of choice.
