CATERING
The Stables offers farmhouse fare that is freshly prepared on-site for our customers. Be it home-baked cakes for an afternoon tea, or hot buffets using a popular combination of favourite
home-cooked recipes and the best produce from our local suppliers in the region. Our customers really appreciate the fact that ingredients have been sourced as locally as possible and then cooked especially for them. We tend to offer seasonal produce – including occasional vegetables from our own veg’ patch, and we enjoy supporting our local producers.

CATERING CHOICES…
Below is just a taster of the delights created in The Stables’ farmhouse kitchen:
Cold Fork Buffet – eg: Sandwiches, antipasti platter, crudités, home made quiche, local champion chipolatas, home made coleslaw, salad etc….
Hot Fork Buffet – eg. home made quiche, chicken satay, local champion sausages, baby new potatoes, Chinese pork bites, pizza slices etc…
‘Simply Sandwiches’ – a selection of sandwiches with crisps, crudités and dip.
‘Morning Munchies’ (served 9-10.30am) bacon roll & croissants served with either tea or coffee.
‘BBB – British Bacon Buttie’ – lovely local bacon.
Afternoon tea (served 3pm - 4.30pm) - Home baked cakes with Tea and Coffee.
Or for something REALLY special:
THE STABLES Special (for 5-20 people max)
A yummy choice for smaller groups, combining homemade cuisine with a showcase of some regional specialities followed by freshly ground coffee.
